अञ्जनानन्दनं वीरं जानकीशोकनाशनम्।
कपीशमक्षहन्तारं वन्दे लङ्काभयङ्करम्॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- मैं अंजनी के वीर पुत्र और माता जानकी के दुखों को दूर करने वाले, वानरों के स्वामी, लंका के अक्षकुमार (रावण के पुत्र) का वध करने वाले हनुमान जी की पूजा करता हूं।
English translation :- I worship Hanuman ji, the brave son of Anjani and the one who removes the sorrows of Mother Janaki, the lord of monkeys, the slayer of Akshakumar (son of Ravana) of Lanka.
नमो हनुमते तुभ्यं नमो मारुतसूनवे
नमः श्रीराम भक्ताय शयामास्याय च ते नमः।।
हिंदी अनुवाद :- हे हनुमान! आपको नमस्कार। मारुतनन्दन! आपको प्रणाम। हे श्रीराम-भक्त! श्याम मुख वर्ण वाले आपको नमन है।
English translation :- Hey Hanuman! bow to you. Marutinandan! greet you. A devotee of Shri Ram! Salutations to you who have dark complexion.

हिंदी अनुवाद :- अतुल्य बल के धाम (स्वामी), स्वर्ण के पर्वत के समान कान्तियुक्त तन को धारण करने वाले। दैत्य रूपी वन/जंगल को समाप्त करने के लिए अग्नि रूप में। ज्ञानीजनों में अग्रणी रहने वाले। संपूर्ण गुणों को धारण करने वाले स्वामी, वानरों के स्वामी, रघुपति के प्रिय भक्त वायु पुत्र को प्रणाम करता हूँ।
English translation :- Dham (lord) of incomparable strength, the one who wears a body shining like a mountain of gold.In the form of fire to end the demonic forest. Leading among the wise. The possessor of all qualities, lord of the monkeys, I bow to the son of Vayu, the dear devotee of Raghupati.
हनुमान
स्वयं ब्रह्मा स्वयं विष्णुः साक्षाद्देवो महेश्वरः ।
सूर्यमण्डलगः श्रीदः पातु कालत्रयेऽपि माम् ॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- जो स्वयं ब्रह्मा, स्वयं विष्णु और स्वयं साक्षात महेश्वर देव हैं, वे सूर्यमण्डल तक पहुंचने वाले लक्ष्मीदाता हनुमान तीनों कालों में मेरी रक्षा करें.
English translation :- May Lord Lakshmidata Hanuman, who is Brahma himself, Vishnu himself and is Maheshwar Dev himself, who reaches the solar system, protect me in all three periods of time.
मनोजवं मारुततुल्यवेगं जितेन्द्रियं बुद्धिमतां वरिष्ठं।
वातात्मजं वानरयूथमुख्यं श्रीरामदूतं शरणं प्रपद्ये॥
manojavaṃ marutatulyavegam jitendriyaṃ buddhimatam variṣṭhaṃ।
vatatmajam vanarayuthamukhyam sriramadutam saranam prapadye॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- हे मनोहर, वायुवेग से चलने वाले, इन्द्रियों को वश में करने वाले, बुद्धिमानो में सर्वश्रेष्ठ। हे वायु पुत्र, हे वानर सेनापति, श्री रामदूत हम सभी आपके शरणागत है॥
English translation :- Who is as swift as mind and as fast as the wind, the master of the senses and most intelligent. The son of Lord Vayu and chief among the Vanaras, the messenger of Lord Shriram, I seek refuge in you.
Hanuman sloka
यद्रूपं भीषणं दृष्ट्वा पलायन्ते भयानकाः ।
स सर्वरूपः सर्वज्ञः सृष्टिस्थितिकरोऽवतु ॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- जिनके भीषण रूप को देखकर भयानक जंतु भी भाग खड़े होते हैं, वे सृष्टि, पालन और संहार करने वाले सर्वस्वरुप एवं सर्वज्ञ हनुमान मेरी रक्षा करें.
English translation :- May the omnipresent and omniscient Hanuman, who creates, nurtures and destroys, protect me, seeing whose fearsome form even the fearful animals run away from.
ॐ आञ्जनेयाय विद्महे वायुपुत्राय धीमहि ।
तन्नो हनुमत् प्रचोदयात् ॥
oṃ anjaneyaya vidmahe vayuputraya dhimahi।
tanno hanumat pracodayat॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- ॐ, हम अंजनीकुमार और वायुपुत्र पर ध्यान करते हैं। भगवान हनुमान हमें जागरित करें॥
English translation :- Om, we pray to the son of Anjani and the son of the Wind May Lord Hanuman propel us.
सर्वारिष्टनिवारकं शुभकरं पिङ्गाक्षमक्षापहं
सीतान्वेषणतत्परं कपिवरं कोटीन्दुसूर्यप्रभम्।
लंकाद्वीपभयंकरं सकलदं सुग्रीवसम्मानितं
देवेन्द्रादिसमस्तदेवविनुतं काकुत्स्थदूतं भजे ॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- हे सर्व दुष्टताओं को नष्ट करने वाले, शुभ देने वाले, पिङ्गाक्ष (हनुमान) को, अक्षहन्ता को नमस्कार करता हूँ। सीता के खोज में तत्पर, सबसे प्रमुख कपि, कोटि सूर्य की प्रकाश समान, लंकाद्वीप के भय का नाश करने वाले, सब को दान देने वाले, सुग्रीव के सम्मानित, देवेन्द्र और अन्य देवताओं द्वारा प्रशंसित, काकुत्थ दूत (हनुमान) को भजता हूँ।
English translation :- O destroyer of all evils, giver of auspiciousness, I bow to Pingaksha (Hanuman), Akshahanta. I worship Kakuttha messenger (Hanuman), who is ready in search of Sita, the foremost ape, who is like the light of millions of sun, who destroys the fear of Lankadweep, who gives charity to all, respected by Sugriva, praised by Devendra and other gods.
Hanuman mantra
शान्तः प्रयासात्पूर्वं विषमादनन्तरं च।
santah prayasatpurvam viṣamadanantaram ca।
हिंदी अनुवाद :- शांत – प्रयास के पूर्व भी, तुफ़ान के उपरांत भी।
English translation :- Calm. Before the struggles and after the storm.
जघानाथासुरान्वीरो रामसैन्यं ररक्ष सः ।
शक्तिक्षतं लक्ष्मणं च संजीविन्या ह्यजीवयत् ।।
हिंदी अनुवाद :- उन वीर हनुमान जी ने अनेक राक्षसों का वध किया और श्री रामचन्द्र जी की सेना की रक्षा की तथा शक्ति से घायल लक्ष्मण जी को संजीवनी बूटी के द्वारा पुनः जीवित कर दिया।
English translation :- That brave Hanuman ji killed many demons and protected the army of Shri Ramchandra ji and with his power he brought the injured Lakshman ji back to life with the help of Sanjivani herb.
Hanuman
बुद्धिर्बलं यशो धैर्यं निर्भयत्वमरोगता।
अजाड्यं वाक्पटुत्वं च हनुमत्स्मरणाद्भवेत्॥
buddhirbalaṃ yaśo dhairyaṃ nirbhayatvamarogatā।
ajāḍyaṃ vākpaṭutvaṃ ca hanumatsmaraṇādbhavet॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- बुद्धि, बल, यश, धैर्य, निर्भयता, स्वास्थ्य, चेतना, और वाक्पटुता, ये सब श्री हनुमान् जी का स्मरण करने से प्राप्त हों।
English translation :- Intellect, strength, glory, patience, fearlessness, health, awareness, and eloquent speech, may they be obtained by remembering Shri Hanuman.
सत्यमेतद् रघुश्रेष्ठ यद् ब्रवीषि हनूमति ।
न बले विद्यते तुल्यो न गतौ न मतौ परः ॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- महर्षि अगस्त्य कहते हैं, हे रघुश्रेष्ठ श्रीराम! हनुमान के विषय में आप जो कुछ कहते हैं, वह सब सत्य ही है, बल, बुद्धि एवं गति में इनकी बराबरी करने वाला दूसरा कोई नहीं है।
English translation :- Maharishi Agastya says, O Raghusrestha Shri Ram! Whatever you say about Hanuman is true, there is no one else who can match him in strength, intelligence and speed.
प्रनवउँ पवनकुमार खल बन पावक ग्यान घन।
जासु हृदय आगार बसहिं राम सर चाप धर॥
buddhirbalaṃ yaśo dhairyaṃ nirbhayatvamarogatā।
ajāḍyaṃ vākpaṭutvaṃ ca hanumatsmaraṇādbhavet॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- मैं पवनकुमार श्री हनुमानजी को प्रणाम करता हूँ, जो दुष्ट रूपी वन को भस्म करने के लिए अग्निरूप हैं, जो ज्ञान की घनमूर्ति हैं और जिनके हृदय रूपी भवन में -बाण धारण किए श्री रामजी निवास करते हैं॥
English translation :- I bow to Pawankumar Shri Hanumanji, who is in the form of fire to destroy the forest of evil, who is the embodiment of knowledge and in whose heart-shaped palace resides Shri Ramji holding the arrow.
शौर्यं दाक्ष्यं बलं धैर्यं प्राज्ञता नयसाधनम्।
विक्रमश्च प्रभावश्च हनूमति कृतालया:।।
हिंदी अनुवाद :- शौर्य, दक्षता, बल, धैर्य, प्राज्ञता, नीतिपूर्वक कार्य करने की क्षमता, पराक्रम तथा प्रभाव, इन सभी सद्गुणों ने हनुमान् जी को अपना आश्रय बना रखा है।
English translation :- Bravery, efficiency, strength, patience, wisdom, ability to act ethically, bravery and influence, all these virtues have made Hanumanji their refuge.
ॐ रामदूताय विद्महे कपिराजाय धीमहि।
तन्नो हनुमान् प्रचोदयात्॥
oṃ ramadutaya vidmahe kapirajaya dhimahi।
tanno hanuman pracodayat॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- ॐ हम भगवान राम के दूत और वानरों में सर्वश्रेष्ठ से प्रार्थना करते हैं। हनुमान हमें जागृत करें।
English translation :- Oṃ we pray to the messenger of Shree Rama and the best among apes. May Hanuman awaken us.
न कालस्य न शक्रस्य न विष्णोर्वित्तपस्य च ।
कर्माणि तानि श्रूयन्ते यानि युद्धे हनूमतः ॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- श्री राम का कहना है कि :- रणमें हनुमान जी की वीरता के समान जैसे अद्वितीय कर्म किए वैसे न काल के न देवराज इंद्र के न कुबेर के और न ही भगवान विष्णु के सुनी गई है।
English translation :- Shri Ram says that :- The bravery of Kaal, Devraj Indra, Maharaj Kuber and Lord Vishnu has not been equal to the bravery of Hanuman ji.
बालार्कायुततेजसं त्रिभुवनप्रक्षोभकं सुन्दरं
सुग्रीवाद्यखिलप्लवङ्गनिकरैराराधितं साञ्जलिम्।
नादेनैव समस्तराक्षसगणान् सन्त्रासयन्तं प्रभुं
श्रीमद्रामपदाम्बुजस्मृतिरतं ध्यायामि वातात्मजम्॥
balarkayutatejasam tribhuvanapraksobhakam sundaram
sugrivadyakhilaplavanganikarairaradhitam sanjalim।
nādenaiva samastarākṣasagaṇān santrāsayantaṃ prabhuṃ
śrīmadrāmapadāmbujasmṛtirataṃ dhyāyāmi vātātmajam॥
हिंदी अनुवाद :- उदित हो रहे सूर्य की भाँति कान्ति है जिसकी, तीनों लोक जिससे कंपित होते हैं, सुग्रीव आदि सभी वानर हाथ जोड़कर जिसकी आराधना करते हैं, जो गर्जना मात्र से समस्त राक्षसगणों को भयभीत कर देता है, मैं उस सुन्दर पवनपुत्र का ध्यान करता हूँ, जो श्रीराम के चरणकमलों के स्मरण में रत है।
English translation :- I meditate upon the beautiful son of Wind, who has the radiance of the newly risen sun, who agitates the three worlds, whom all monkeys, including Sugrīva, adore with folded hands, who frightens all the troops of demons, and who is engaged in the remembrance of the lotus feet of Śrī Rāma.
