भानु कोटि भास्वरं भवाब्धितारकं परं
नील कण्ठ मीप्सितार्थ दायकं त्रिलोचनम् ।
काल काल मंबुजा क्षमक्ष शूल मक्षरं
काशिका पुराधिनाथ कालभैरवं भजे ॥२॥
Bhaanu-Kotti-Bhaasvaram Bhavaabdhi-Taarakam Param
Niila-Kannttham-Iipsita-Artha-Daayakam Trilocanam |
Kaala-Kaalam-Ambuja-Akssam-Akssa-Shuulam-Akssaram
Kaashikaa-Pura-Adhinaatha-Kaalabhairavam Bhaje ||2||
Hindi Translation:- जो करोड़ों सूर्यों के समान दीप्तिमान्, संसार-समुद्र से तारनेवाले, श्रेष्ठ, नीले कण्ठवाले, अभीष्ट वस्तु को देनेवाले, तीन नयनोंवाले, काल के भी महाकाल, कमल के समान नेत्रवाले तथा अक्षमाला और त्रिशूल धारण करनेवाले हैं, उन काशी नगरी के स्वामी अविनाशी कालभैरव की मैं आराधना करता हूँ ।।२।।
English Translation:- Salutations to Lord Kalabhairava, the supreme lord of Kashi, who has the brilliance of a million suns, who saves devotees from the cycle of rebirths, and who is supreme; who has a blue throat, who grants us our desires, and who has three eyes; who is death unto death itself and whose eyes look like a lotus; whose trident supports the world and who is immortal.
